Introduction
I had been wanting to learn wheelthrowing for years and finally got into an Introduction to Wheelthrowing class at Mudflat Studios in May 2023. It’s been really rewarding working on a skill that doesn’t require being in front of a screen, requires my full attention, and lets me see the results of my efforts in the physical world. It’s also been lovely making friends in the studio and finding another community of wonderful, supportive people.
